Benefits

All the salaried employees have the following benefits:

Vacation : Ten Days

Holidays: Eight. Exact days depends on the holidays observed at your client place. Check with the HR for further details.

Appropriate Medical Insurance: 50% of the Medical Insurance costs of the employee or $160 which ever is minimum. Employee dependents can join the Medical insurance, but the employee has to pay the Insurance costs for the dependents.

Referral Program: Employees can participate in the employee referral program. Employees get paid $500 if a consultant, referred by employee , joins MARVEL and completes six months of billable service and $1000 if the referred consultant completes One year of billable service. Employee can refer as many consulants as they can and there is no limit.
Relocation expenses: All the relocation expenses are paid. Please contact HR for complete deails.
